Splendid American Civil War fine art giclee reproduction of the excellent artwork created by Everett B. D. Fabrino Julio (1843–1879). He was born on the island of St. Helena and educated in Paris, and later traveled to Boston where he studied anatomy, composition and drawing.
It depicts the last meeting of generals Lee and Jackson during the Battle of Chancellorsville, May 2, 1863, where "Stonewall" Jackson was mortally wounded. It was Lee’s greatest victory, and his greatest loss: Jackson himself. It is considered Julio most famous work.
